Featuring broadcast-quality circuitry, it matches industry-standard 600-ohm transmit/receive lines (at normal levels) to Clear-Com line level. The IF4-B accepts balanced or unbalanced 4-wire input and is transformer isolated. It gets powered by the Clear-Com intercom line, using standard two-conductor shielded mic cable.
